H.P.B.C. is one of the oldest crown green bowling clubs in Sheffield, as well as being among the founder members of Sheffield & District Parks Bowling Association.

The club is located in a large public park in the heart of Hillsborough. It has three good greens, with differing characteristics. All maintained to a high standard by the local parks authority. It has a substantial pavilion that was built in 2006 and has excellent facilities. (Although Not licensed)

Membership is in the region of 150 and these members compete in various leagues in Sheffield and South Yorkshire.

There are also many members of the public who enjoy casual bowling with us.
